FrenchAbstract
This review outlines certain themes discussed in the book Autour de l’intégrité scientifique, la loyauté et la probité – Aspects cliniques, éthiques et juridiques (About scientific integrity, loyalty, and probity – Clinical, ethical and legal aspects), published by Dalloz. Some critical comments are provided regarding the normative process that aims to sanction scientific misconduct and the biases of the recognition system that permits an evaluation of the impact of publications.
